TURNAROUND TIME
My turnaround time is 7-14 days.
(Although it may be dispatched earlier. 💖)
Depending on your postage option, 1st or 2nd Class, there will then be the Royal Mail delivery time on top of that.
You will get a dispatch email once I've packed your parcel up, and given it to the postie.
POSTAGE PRICES
I currently send parcels with Royal Mail, and sometimes DPD.
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £35.
Otherwise, First Class Small Parcel is £3.40
`and Second Class Small Parcel is £4.70
Open Box Postage to close your box is £6. (see further down for details)
MESSAGING ME
Having ADHD, I do find messaging overwhelming at times. I will always do my best and will reply to you as soon as is possible.

(Mostly because then I can reply to you at 4am when I'm suddenly feeling organised, and not worry I'll wake you replying on a social media platform!) Also, my social inboxes can get busy at times, and it's difficult to see them all.
But please do feel free to message me on instagram, facebook, or the message bubble on the website. I love receiving your messages, and it's never personal if it takes me a few days to reply. My ADHD just likes to rise up and make it reallllyyyyy difficult sometimes!
OPEN BOX POSTAGE
I often like to do spur of the moment sales, and sometimes those moments come a few days apart. SO, you are able to have an Open Box.
How this works is you place an order, select pick up, and MAKE SURE you write in the notes at checkout that you want an open box (otherwise I may think you're actually picking it up!)
You can then keep doing orders like that, without paying postage until you're ready for your order.
When you're ready, you'll then do your final order, and pay CLOSE OPEN BOX POSTAGE.
Once you've paid, I'll get your orders up together, and pack them up into one box (or sometimes more), and post it out to you in one. :)
So you save on postage, AND you don't miss out any sales. (cause you can even just add a couple items!)
*disclaimer, if at any point it gets too overwhelming as I have too many open, I will make it clear that Open Box service is on pause, and I won't be able to take on any new ones. However of course, if you've got one open already and I've paused, this doesn't apply to you and you can keep adding to your box. :)
